Our office is accepting new patients: however, please call our office for insurance
verification. During a patient’s first visit, a thorough examination will be completed. This
includes x-rays or other aids that are necessary in making an accurate diagnosis of the
problem that might exist. Should a consultation be necessary, we will arrange to discuss
our findings and recommend one or more treatment plans, keeping in mind your comfort,
appearance and long-range economy. Estimated fees will be presented and method of payment
selected at this visit.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with
at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your
appointment to another patient who needs to see the dentists. We reserve the right to
dismiss a patient from our office if there are 3 broken appointments without 24 hours
notice.
Financial Policy:
Co-payments and co-insurances are due at the time services are rendered. All
deductibles are collected on the first visit. Forms of payment accepted by the office are
check, cash, and the following credit cards:

For extensive treatments, care credit is a type of payment that we accept with all
indemnity insurance plans or patients without insurance.
Medications:
Some patients need to take medications (i.e. antibiotics) before they have any
dental work done to reduce the risk of medical complications. You may need
premedication if you have had cardiac surgery, a heart nurmur, artificial joint or pin
surgery, rheumatic fever, and/or prosthetic cardiac valves. Please advise us if any of these
items relate to you and keep us updated if your medical health information changes in the
future. Please contact your physician. A note from your physician for our office would be
necessary to make sure that dental work can be completed in a safe manner to you.
In order to serve you in the safest environment, we will periodically request updating your
medical history. This will insure that our office has current information concerning your
well-being and is a medical requirement.
Children:
The age with which our hygienists begins to see patients is 6 years old. The
hygientist will clean and polish teeth, x-rays will be taken on a periodic basis in order to
detect any possible decay in between the child’s teeth. All patients under the age of 18
must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the appointment.
Reception Room:
For the protection of both you and our office, we will not allow unsupervised
children in our reception room. If you have to bring your child to our office for your
appointment, please have another adult with you to monitor the safety of your child.
